Orders placed before 12:00 PM after bank approval are usually delivered to the courier on the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 PM are usually delivered the next day (at the latest within 1.5 business days). If the delivery terms of your order differ from this, you will be informed via the system during the ordering process or separately. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our shipping address, the courier company will deliver your order within 1-3 days. Deliveries are not made on public holidays.

In case of any problem caused by us, you will be notified using your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

All the products you choose are delivered to the delivery address by our contracted courier companies.
